Emerald Crest of Burnsville and Shakopee is seeking a Housing Director who can create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and at home. By overseeing daily operations and building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, they play a vital role in enhancing quality of life and promoting a sense of community. Their leadership directly impacts resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and the overall success of the facility. Schedule: Monday- Friday
Regular Business Hours
Position Requirements:
Must be LALD Certified for MN (Licensed Assisted Living Director)
Current CPR Certification
Ability to supervise and delegate to licensed and unlicensed staff in two buildings
Ability to split time between two buildings efficiently- 100+ units between the two locations
Valid Driver’s License
Familiar with general nursing and geriatric nursing practices
Previous management in Assisted Living, Senior Services, Housing, or SNF preferred
Familiar with Medicaid and maximizing benefits
