Oak Terrace Senior Living of North Mankato is looking to welcome Part Time staff for evening shift to our team.
You will be working collectively to provide great care to our residents!

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate personal care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Support residents in maintaining their dignity and independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
Document care provided and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff.
Assist with mobility and transportation needs, utilizing equipment like Hoyer lifts and Easy Stands when necessary.
Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents, promoting social interaction and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
Proven experience in long-term care and personal care home settings
Strong skills in caregiving and assisting individuals with daily living activities (ADLs)
Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer’s care
Familiarity with EMR systems and behavior management techniques
Ability to maintain resident’s rights and provide compassionate support in various care environments

Your core skills in caregiving and personal care will be vital as you assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote residents’ rights.
